November 21, 2013 - General clean up of the history of the hospital, spelling and grammar corrections. Added links to the Links page and a new photo.
February 14, 2013 - Added two new vintage photos to the Admin Building page. Added one new vintage photo to the Violent Patient Building page. Added new book info to the Media Page.
October 23, 2012 - Significant redesign of most building pages. New layout of dates and building information as well as a splitting of data on male and female buildings. Added new buildings to the Other Buildings page. Split up the kitchen page into separate sections for each of the different kitchen buildings. Added history info to the Hospital for Physically Ill and Hillcrest pages. Grammar and spelling edits on various building pages. Some date corrections have also been made as new information has become available on some of the patient buildings.
May 8, 2012 - Changed the Blog link on the index page to link to the City on the Hill FaceBook page. Removed several photos from the Main Building gallery after finding evidence that the photos were actually taken in other building. Added 1 new photo to the Infirmary gallery. Added 1, 2, 3 new photos to the Branch Bldg gallery. Removed a link from the interactive Main Building map.
May 7, 2012 - Added "Call for Photos" page. Moved into text from site index to the welcome page.
April 10, 2012 - Added 33 new contemporary photos to the Violent Ward page. New images have been added to the bottom of the contemporary photo gallery.
April 9, 2012 - Added new information to the cemetery page. Add a new vintage photo of Hemlock Hall to the staff housing page.
December 13, 2011 - Added new maps to the map gallery, updated all maps with corresponding dates.


June 16, 2011 - Added a new photo of the admin section to the Main Building photo gallery.

January 27, 2011 - Added a new Interactive Map section to the Main Building page.
January 21, 2011 - Add a submitted photo of the Eaton Building. Added new information to the superintendents page.
January 12, 2011 - Minor changes and edits to the history section. Added info about the original farm the trustees intended to purchase and details on the original heating system for the main building.
December 16, 2010 - Created new photo galleries and added new photos for the Chapel, Convalescent Buildings, Hilltop Building, and the Hospital for the Physically ill.
June 11, 2010 - Created a new page for the Morgue. Added many new interior photos, added new history, information on the cemeteries, and created a new photo gallery. Added a link to the new Morgue page from the Buildings page and removed the morgue from the Other Buildings page.
June 7, 2010 - Added many new photos to the Administration Building and Eaton Building pages. I also increased the size of the existing photos to the match the larger size of the new ones on both pages. A new history write-up has been added to the Eaton Building page. A new photo gallery has been added to the Eaton Building page.
May 21, 2010 - Created new photo galleries for the Main Building and the Administration Building. Slightly modified the Main Building page with an updated lithograph image and shortened the into history. Added new history to the Administration Building page.
May 17, 2010 - Created the Contact Page. Added "current status" to the Dix Museum page.
May 14, 2010 - Created a new history section with much more information on the hospital through the twentieth century as well as dedicated pages to key people that influenced the hospital.
April 23, 2010 - Created the Update Log page. Added 1 vintage photo, history, and "See it on a Map" for the Front Gate. Added 3 vintage photos and history for the Morgue. Added 7 new contemporary photos to the Admissions Building photo gallery. Removed the North Museum from the Early Support Buildings page, it did not actually exist at this hospital. Created the Dorothea Dix Museum page. Three new aerial images added to the Infirmary photo gallery.
